Designing without draft angles
Without a draft angle, the part stays stuck in the mold. Best case : visible ejection marks. Worst case : mold rework at €15 000–30 000.
Variable wall thickness
A variation in thickness creates visible sink marks on the surface and internal stresses that warp the part as it cools.
The wrong choice of plastic material
A PP softens at 80°C. An ABS yellows under UV. A PA6 molded without prior drying shows bubbles and a drop in mechanical properties.
Discovering problems when the mold opens
Every mold modification at this stage costs between €2 000 and 50 000. And the lead time starts over from zero.

Product design
Specifications, 3D CAD modeling and functional analysis. Every aesthetic decision is checked against industrial feasibility from the very first line.
Technical design — DFM
Analysis of draft angles, wall thickness, parting line and injection gate. 80 % of production problems are solved here — before the mold is made.
Rapid prototyping
SLA for aesthetic validation, SLS for functional parts, CNC for dimensional accuracy. The right technology for your need.
Mold manufacturing
Aluminum prototype mold, pre-series or treated-steel production mold (H13, P20). Every mold is dimensionally validated before the first shot.
Injection molding
Selection of the material suited to your application. Precise parameter tuning. ISO 9001 quality control on every production run.
Finishing
Painting, pad printing, laser marking, assembly. Finishing built in from the mold design stage.
Industrialization
Special machines, in-line dimensional inspection, cycle-rate management. From the first to the thousandth part, the same quality. Since 1996.
