Plastics Engineer (M/F)

Are you both creative and technical, and eager to work on projects whose results you'll actually see come to life? CadNov is recruiting a Plastics Engineer to support its growth and design a wide range of products: electronic housings, medical devices, connected objects, cosmetic packaging, automotive parts. Day to day, you imagine, model and size plastic parts, produce the 3D definition, drawings and functional dimensioning. You lead product CAD, define specifications, manage bills of materials and oversee quality, cost and lead-time follow-up. You carry out FMEA studies and actively contribute to continuous improvement through your feedback.
Profile: minimum two-year technical degree with 3 years' experience in a design office, or a recent engineering graduate. Proficiency in SolidWorks, TopSolid, Catia V5, Creo or Unigraphics is essential. Comfortable with client relationships, you are self-reliant, proactive and enjoy going beyond your job description.

Required skills
- Two-year technical degree minimum with 3 years' experience in a design office (or recent engineering graduate)
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, TopSolid, Catia V5, Creo or Unigraphics
- Knowledge of plastic materials and injection processes
- Comfortable with client relationships
- Self-reliant and proactive
Nice to have
- Experience in plastics processing / plastic injection
- Knowledge of medical devices, connected objects or automotive parts
- A focus on continuous improvement (FMEA)
